Refund, Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation can be done within 24 hours of the order placed. Reach out to us at [email protected] for any such queries.

Please, read this first before initiating a return. Returns will be accepted only when the following conditions are met:

  1. Product is returned in proper original packaging with no damage, scratches or dents.
  2. Product packaging is preserved in original condition with no damage, scratches or grease stains.
  3. Product is unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt (with no sign of installation)
  4. Request initiated within 2 days after products are delivered.

Exemptions from the Policy

Items which belong to the following categories are not subject to refund: electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument panels, parts with circuit boards etc .)

Return Procedure

  1. Customer can initiate the return of their order within 2 days of received date.
  2. For initiating the return please send us an email on [email protected], you will receive the updates within 24 hours.
  3. You can initiate the return on receiving an reply from our support team, on address: 10, Kumar Millennium, Paud Rd, Opp. Pratik Nagar, Kothrud, Pune, Maharashtra – 411038
  4. Customer shall check the consignment for any Physical damage and, if any found, mention this in POD (Proof of Delivery) documents of Logistics.
  5. We recommend taking photos of packages received and shooting a video of unpacking the product. In case of any problem with product share it with [email protected].
  6. In case of a return, do make a video while repacking the parts.
  7. While returning the package, customer should make sure that the parts are repacked properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit as Amotee Auto shall not be liable for refunds/return in case the part got damaged (while in transit) due to improper packaging.
  8. In the case of the item’s fault claim, the decision will be taken after inspection done by the manufacturer or certified organization.
  9. Depending on the route and logistics services provider delivery time may vary. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  10. If you are shipping an item over INR 3000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or/and purchasing shipping insurance.
  11. Shipping and finance (payment gateway) costs are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping ,if any , will  be deducted from your refund.
  12. If the return claim gets rejected, we will send it back on customer’s request or scrap after 30 days of keeping at stock. Customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.


After the returned part is received, inspected and approved by our QC team, it would take 48 hours for the refund to initiate.

It usually, it takes 5-7 working days for the refund amount to be reflected into your source account. If you do not receive the refund within the above said time, please, contact your bank.


In order to protect Payer, refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and to the same account from which it was originated.
